Update a vehicle, payment method, or location on a live parking session
You cannot update the vehicle license plate, payment method, or location once a parking session is live in any region, France, UK or North America.
Cancel by SMS in the United Kingdom within 5 minutes
In the UK, if you paid for parking with the wrong vehicle or need to correct the license plate, you may be able to cancel the session within the first 5 minutes.
- Send the word 'FINISH' by SMS to 65565 within 5 minutes of starting your parking session.
- Wait for confirmation that your session has been cancelled.
- You will be reimbursed for the cancelled session.
- Start a new parking session right away using the correct vehicle details.
Important: Make a new payment as soon as possible to help avoid receiving a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) for invalid parking. This SMS cancellation option is not available in North America or France.
Ask about United Kingdom Season Ticket plate changes
If you have purchased a UK Season Ticket for a month, quarter, or year, a vehicle number plate change may be allowed in some circumstances.
