The PayByPhone System confirms that the purchase has been successful. Here are some of the ways you can check to see that the parking time has started:
Pick your platform:
IVR (automated dial-in service)
iOS/Android/Mobile Web platforms:
1. Visual Confirmation:
Look for a green confirmation page stating 'Parking confirmed' within the app.
- If you've closed your phone or didn't catch the confirmation screen, you can also restart the app to see if the parking session appears. A successful start will display a countdown clock with the time remaining and an extension option if time allows for it.

If confirmation is missed, restart the app to view the parking session. A successful start shows a countdown clock and extension option if available.

4. Email Receipt:
- Check your email for a receipt within approx 15 minutes.
- Check your spam folder & ensure noreply@paybyphone.com is not blocked.
5. SMS Receipt:
- Opt-in for SMS receipt (charges apply)
6. Internet Banking:
- Check your online internet banking source (if available)
