How to Cancel Your Parking Session (UK)
If you need to cancel an active parking session within five minutes of its start time:
👉 Send the word FINISH by SMS to 65565
When cancelled within the five-minute window:
Your parking session will end immediately
Any payment made will be refunded to the original card used
You can start a new parking session if required
Note: SMS cancellation applies to the most recent parking session you purchased. If you notice a mistake, cancel the incorrect session before purchasing a new one.
For example, if you first pay using Plate A and then purchase another session using Plate B, a cancellation text will cancel the Plate B session because it was purchased most recently.
