Enjoy the Convenience of Pay-on-Exit with PayByPhone
At select locations across the UK, PayByPhone offers the flexibility to pay for parking at the end of your session with our 'Pay-on-Exit' feature. If you leave earlier than planned, you can adjust your stay and only pay for the time you've used.
Important Notes:

Eligibility: Pay-on-Exit is available to customers who have already used PayByPhone. This feature is not available if you pay at the machine and then try to end your session using the app.

Minimum Charge: If you park for less than 15 minutes and there's no charge, the app will display a 'Payment not Required' message. Adjustments cannot result in a £0 charge.

Session Tracking: Multiple sessions on the same day will be grouped as one entry in your parking history. Sessions made within 30 minutes of each other will appear as a single entry, while those after 30 minutes will be logged separately.

Exiting: To avoid extra charges, please depart within a few minutes of seeing the 'Payment Completed' notification.

Hardware Issues: For problems with exit barriers or pay stations, please contact the parking operator directly. A call button will be available in the parking lot. Proof of payment will be sent to you after your Pay-on-Exit transaction is successfully processed.
Steps to Use Pay-on-Exit:
- Sign in to or register for a PayByPhone account.
- The parking operator's on-site camera will read your license plate and log your entry.
- If you've stayed longer than 15 minutes and decide to leave, open the PayByPhone app, select your location, choose your vehicle, and click 'Pay & Go.' The charge will reflect the duration of your stay.
- Drive up to the exit barrier. The system will confirm your payment and allow you to exit if you're within your allotted time.
Need more time? No problem! Simply click the 'PAY FOR ADDITIONAL TIME' button for up to 30 extra minutes.
