How to Cancel Your Parking Session
If you need to cancel an active parking session within five minutes of its start time:
👉 Send the word FINISH by SMS to 65565
When cancelled within the five-minute window:
Your parking session will end immediately
Any payment made will be refunded to the original card used
You can start a new parking session if required

📋 Parking sessions in North America cannot be cancelled once they have started.
