You cannot update the license plate on a live parking session. Once the parking details are confirmed, parkers and customer service agents are unable to edit any of the details.
👉 SMS Cancellation within 5 minutes
If you have paid using the incorrect vehicle, or if you would like to update the plate on a live parking session, you should:
1) Send the word FINISH via SMS to 65565 within the first five minutes of an active parking session. This will cancel your session and you will be reimbursed.
2) Make a new payment for the correct vehicle as soon as possible to avoid receiving a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) for invalid parking.
If you realise you have parked the incorrect vehicle after five minutes have passed, please pay again and use 'Chat with me' (bottom right) who will investigate this on your behalf.
