Update a vehicle, payment method, or location on a live parking session
You cannot update the vehicle licence plate, payment method, or location once a parking session is live.
After parking details have been confirmed, Customer Support agents are also unable to edit any part of the transaction.

See what cannot be changed
Once a parking session has started, you cannot change the following details:
- Vehicle licence plate
- Payment method
- Parking location
Important: Once the parking details are confirmed, Customer Support agents cannot edit the transaction on your behalf.
Cancel by SMS in the UK within 5 minutes
In the UK, if you paid for parking with the wrong vehicle or need to correct the licence plate, you may be able to cancel the session within the first 5 minutes.
- Send the word 'FINISH' by SMS to 65565 within 5 minutes of starting your parking session.
- Wait for confirmation that your session has been cancelled.
- You will be reimbursed for the cancelled session.
- Start a new parking session right away using the correct vehicle details.
Important: Make a new payment as soon as possible to help avoid receiving a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) for invalid parking.
Take action after 5 minutes
If you realise you selected the wrong vehicle, or location after the first 5 minutes have passed, you should pay again using the correct vehicle details to avoid a parking fine.
- Start a new parking session for the correct vehicle.
- Open the Help Centre and use 'Chat with me' in the bottom right corner.
- Explain that you paid for the wrong vehicle and need the session reviewed.

Ask about UK Season Ticket plate changes
If you have purchased a UK Season Ticket for a month, quarter, or year, a vehicle number plate change may be allowed in some circumstances.
