Can I exit and re-enter a car park/location within the period of my paid parking session?

While you may, for example, have the option to purchase an entire day's worth of parking, it doesn't guarantee the spot is reserved throughout the day. 

  PayByPhone does not enforce the parking, so we're not able to confirm whether you can exit and reenter within that period or how many times.
