Transferring Time Between Locations
Unfortunately, unused time or credit from one parking session can’t be transferred to a different location.
If you move your vehicle, you’ll need to start a new session.
Starting a New Parking Session (via App)
Tap the' location box'
Enter the new 'location code'
Select your 'vehicle'
Enter your 'duration'
Confirm payment details
Tap Pay & Park
Using the IVR (Automated Phone Service)
Call into the IVR—your current session details will be read aloud

Enter the duration
The system will confirm the details before processing your session
Important Reminder
👉 Some locations have maximum stay limits.
If your previous session has already reached the maximum allowed time and you attempt to park again at the same location, you may be required to move your vehicle to a different zone.
