Can I transfer unused time to another parking spot or location?

Unfortunately, unused time/credit cannot be transferred to another location.

Please create a new parking session if you move your car to another location.

👉If the transaction is ongoing, click on the location box above the countdown clock. 

1. Input location. 
2. Choose a vehicle
3. Input Duration 
4. Confirm payment details 
5. Click Pay & Park.

IVR (Automated Dial-in service)

👉Dial into the IVR and the system will read back the current parking session details. 

1. Press * (star) for more options.
2. Input the location code to see if additional time is allowed.
3. Input duration of time.
4. The system will read back the session details and ask you to confirm the parking details. 

📋 Special Note:

In some instances, you are unable to stay at the same location due to maximum stay limitations. If the next transaction is occurring at the same location and your previous session has already exceeded the allowed time, you may need to move your vehicle to another location entirely.
