How do I delete my Account?

Want to delete your PayByPhone account? 😞

Here are the steps to delete your PayByPhone account via iOS, Android and our WebApp:

 

Choose platform:

	iOS
	Android
	PayByPhone Website
	Delete all of my information

 

Important

Once your account is deleted, you won't be able to restore the following info in your account: Phone number, Email, License plates, 3rd party login info (Facebook and Apple sign-in), and saved payment options. If applicable, your Name, Address, and Tax ID will also be deleted. Please note your transaction history will also be unavailable and this operation cannot be canceled.

We recommend that you print your receipts prior to account deletion.

 

iPhone

Click Menu Settings > Select Account Settings > Select Delete Account > Click the red 'Delete account' button. 

 

Android 

Make sure that you are on App Version 5.12.0 and above. 

 

Website

👉 Visit the PayByPhone website, Click on 'Drivers'>'My Receipts'

👉 Log in with your mobile phone number and password.

👉 Click the 'Profile' button and scroll to the bottom of the page, click 'Delete Account'

👉 Confirm the deletion

I want you to delete all of the data that you have stored about me.

Please contact us through our virtual assistant and we will remove your personal information. Be sure to include Delete my data in the request. The system will create a ticket and an agent will follow up with you on your request within approximately 2 business days.
