Access and manage your parking receipts
Parking receipts are available through the PayByPhone receipts portal, as well as on Mobile Web, iOS, and Android.

Accessing receipts
Receipts are generated at the time of a successful parking session.
- Registered users can access receipts through the online portal
- Users who have opted in to email receipts will receive them automatically
- Guest users receive a one-time receipt at the point of purchase
Note: Guest receipts cannot be retrieved later.
To access receipts online, visit the PayByPhone Receipts portal.
- You will need your registered phone number and password.
- You can view transactions in 31-day ranges and download them as needed.
Common receipt issues
I cannot find my receipt/ I have not received my emailed receipt
If you have an email address linked to your account AND have opted in, you will receive an email after a successful payment has processed.
If you cannot find it:
- Check your inbox and spam or junk folders
- Ensure emails from PayByPhone are not blocked
- Double check that you have receipts enabled on your account. by visiting Account > Settings > Parking Notifications.
- Consider enabling SMS receipts, where charges may apply
I do not see my transactions in the Receipts portal
You may have completed the session as a guest user.
Guest transactions are not stored in the portal and are only available through the original email receipt.

I am locked out of my account
Please refer to the account access guide for steps to regain access.
I used Apple ID or Google ID to sign in. How can I access receipts?
If you signed in using Apple or Google and verified your phone number, you can access the receipts portal.
If this is your first time logging in, you may need to reset your password or PIN.
I changed phone numbers and cannot access my old transactions
If your account has been deleted, transactions are no longer accessible.
If the account is still active, support may be able to assist once ownership is verified.
Can I merge guest and registered accounts?
No. Guest and registered accounts cannot be merged.
Transaction and billing questions
The transaction dates do not match my credit card statement
There may be a delay between when a transaction is processed and when it is posted by your bank.
This can result in different dates appearing on your statement.
I see a $0.00 authorization on my account
This may occur when adding a new card. The authorization will disappear within a few business days.
Can I receive a monthly invoice?
No. Monthly invoices are not available.
How is tax applied?
Canada: Taxes such as GST or PST are applied by the parking operator, not PayByPhone.
UK: VAT is only applied for off-street parking locations.
Exporting your parking history
Desktop Receipts Portal
- Log in to the Receipts portal
- Select Parking Transactions
- Choose a date range, up to 31 days
- Click Save as PDF or Save as CSV to download
App
- Open the app
- Go to Account
- Select Activity History
- Choose a transaction to export

How do I access my receipts?
You can access receipts through the receipts portal, your email if enabled, or directly within the app.
