How to link your HillingdonFirst card to your PayByPhone account
Link your HillingdonFirst card to your PayByPhone account to access your residents' parking discount at eligible locations across the London Borough of Hillingdon.

Before you begin
You will need:
- The PayByPhone app installed on your iOS or Android device
- A registered PayByPhone account
- Your HillingdonFirst card number
If you do not have the PayByPhone app, download it from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android), then create an account before continuing.
Link your HillingdonFirst card

Open the PayByPhone app
Open the app and tap My Account. Log in if prompted.

Select Permits
From My Account, tap Permits.

Apply for a permit
Tap Apply for a permit. Log in again if prompted.

Select London Borough of Hillingdon
When asked to select a council or location, choose London Borough of Hillingdon.

Select HillingdonFirst card
Under Permit type, select HillingdonFirst card.

Enter your HillingdonFirst card number
Enter the number printed on your HillingdonFirst card.

Confirm your card is linked
A confirmation message will appear when your HillingdonFirst card has been successfully linked to your PayByPhone account.
Your residents' discount will then be applied automatically when you pay for parking at eligible Hillingdon locations.
Need help with your HillingdonFirst card?
Contact the Hillingdon Parking Team if:
- Your HillingdonFirst card is already linked to another PayByPhone account
- You want to move the card to a different PayByPhone account
- Your HillingdonFirst permit has been revoked
- The card number has worn off and is no longer visible

Add a phone number to access receipts
To add a phone number to your account so you can access receipts, use Opt-In for SMS reminders/Confirmation from the Account Settings flow.
This feature requires a minimum app version of iOS 16.0 or Android 9.0.
