1. What is MNO Billing?
👉 MNO Billing (Mobile Network Operator) allows you to make payments and charge them to your phone bill. To see if your MNO is available, please read on:
2. I do not see my Mobile Carrier on the list!
👉 You may be looking for a reseller that does not appear on the list. Some MNOs are resellers so you must select the MNO that the reseller uses.
👉 Use this link to check which network your reseller is using by entering your phone number OR consult our list of accepted mobile operators below:

👉 If multiple mobile operators support the same reseller, then you can choose from any of them.
👉 There are some resellers that are not permitted to use MNO billing.

3. Trouble Shooting Errors
👉This error message has appeared, what should I do?
👉The error message could be caused by the following scenarios:
Issue | Meaning | Action |
Incorrect Operator | Wrong Operator | Please ensure you are choosing the correct operator that corresponds with your reseller. |
Mobile phone billing is not supported by your reseller. | Your service provider does not allow MNO billing. | Try a different MNO or payment option. |
Mobile phone billing is not available. | Your MNO does not permit you to charge to your account. | Try a different MNO or payment option, OR, contact your MNO for guidance. |
Insufficient Funds | MNO declined your payment method. |
Try a different MNO or payment option or add funds to the MNO account. |
4. App Compatibility

5. How do I add MNO as a payment option?
👉To add MNO as a billing option:
i. Add your MNO billing account into the app as a payment type.
My Account > Payment Options > Add phone bill
ii. Verify your phone number using the SMS code.
iii. Select Operator: see question 2 for more help if needed.
iv When parking, you can follow the procedure to purchase parking time:
a) Input the parking location code, and duration, and select a vehicle.
b) Choose the 'Phone Bill' option for payment type.
v. Click Park & Pay and wait for the confirmation message to appear.

6. How do I remove a mobile network operator?
👉To remove MNO as a billing option:
Visit My Account> Payment Options>Locate the MNO billing option then swipe to see the 'Delete' option.
📋 NOTE: There is no "Edit' function for MNO billing. You must delete/remove the existing MNO billing option and then add a new one.

7. Can I have more than one payment method on the app?
👉 You can have multiple payments on your account. If the parking location accepts MNO billing, it will appear as an option.
👉You can only have one MNO billing option on your account.
8. What if another PayByPhone account has registered the same MNO?
👉If you validate an MNO and another account is already registered with it, then it will be removed from the other account.
9. I am being prompted to verify my phone number again, why?
👉For security reasons, you may be asked to verify your phone number periodically.
