Your Privacy/Promotions & Parking Notifications are housed in two areas:

iOS, Android & Web App
👉 Click Menu > Account Settings > Promotions & Privacy >Select Contact Method
All 'Product notifications & promotion' options including ‘New Features & service updates’, ‘Feedback & surveys’, “Promotion & discounts, ‘Promotions & discounts and 'Share your account data for personalized offers' are optional. Simply toggle the option on or off and then click 'Edit' to choose your preferred contact method: 'Both email & notifications', 'Email', or 'Notifications'.

iOS App
👉 Open the 'Menu' > Click 'Account Settings' > Select Parking Notifications' > Select your preferred options by toggling the green dot on or off.
Android App
👉Click on Account Settings > Promotions & Privacy > Parking Notifications and input your email address. Choose from email receipts, SMS reminders, and SMS confirmations.
Web App:
👉Click on Account Settings > Promotions & Privacy > Parking Notifications and input your email address. Choose from email receipts, SMS reminders, and SMS confirmations.
FAQ:
Why am I not receiving notifications for parking expiry reminders?
If you are not receiving notifications for parking expiry reminders, it could be due to notification settings on your device. To ensure you receive timely reminders, please check and adjust your notification settings for the PayByPhone app.
iOS devices:
1. Open the Settings App on your iPhone.
2. Scroll down and tap Notifications.
3. Find and tap PayByPhone.
4. Ensure that Allow Notifications is turned on.
5. Verify that the alert styles (Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banners) Are selected according to your preference.
6. Check that Sounds and Badges are enabled if you want to receive audible alerts and icon badges.
Android devices:
1. Open the Settings App on your Android phone.
2. Tap Apps.
3. Find and tap PayByPhone.
4. Tap Notifications, and ensure that Allow notifications is turned on.
5. Go back to App info and scroll down to find Alarms & reminders and ensure it is enabled.
