The PayByPhone system allows you to store multiple payment cards on your account. You can add or remove a card. Please note: As payment types can vary, only the accepted card types for the location will appear as an option within the app.

Add card
Login > Click Settings >Select Payment Options >Click Add New Card > Input info> Click Add & Agree.
Remove card
Login > Click Settings >Select Payment Options > View existing options > Click Edit, Select card to delete OR Swipe Left to remove.
Android App
Add card
Open the menu > Select Payment Options > Click + > Input info> Click Agree & Add.
Remove card
Open the menu > Select Payment Options > Click on the 3 dots and, then Remove.
PayByPhone Website
Add card
Login > Click Settings >Select Payment Options > Click Add New Card > Input info> Click Add & Agree.
Remove card
Login > Click Settings > Select Payment Options > View existing options, Tap the 3 buttons to the right of the card you want to removed > Click Delete.
Automated Phone Line
There is no method of removing a credit card from your account. You can dial in and use a credit card that is already registered on your account, or add a new card for the payment you are making at that time.

👉 Respond to the promptsExisting users will be prompted to enter the 4- or 5-digit location number, and parking time required. New users will be guided through a registration process. The system will read back the card on file and you can press 1 to confirm, or 2 to change. Press 2 change and then follow the option to add a new payment method. |

👉 Wait for your parking to be confirmedOnce you have heard confirmation that your parking has started you may leave your vehicle. Parking details will be sent to the handheld units the Parking Enforcement Officers patrol with.
