Troubleshooting:
1. I am trying to add my card but I am getting an error message.
It is possible that your bank is rejecting our attempt to validate your card. There are a few reasons why this could happen:

Error: 104000: Declined because the card could not be authenticated by the issuing bank.
Error: 101000: Declined because the this payment was not authorized by the issuing bank. - Invalid postal code or Zip code
- Incomplete secondary authorization. For example, if your bank may request to confirm your security by SMS (text message reminder)
2. Apple Pay/Google Pay is greyed out, why can't I use it?
Mobile wallets may only support certain card types depending on the location. For example, a parking location may accept Google Pay with Visa, but not with American Express. If your payment is declined, try using a different card or adding another payment method.
3. What should I do if my card has expired?
You can update your payment method in the app with your new card details. If your expiry date or CVV has changed, you will need to remove the existing card and add it again with the updated information.

Click the 'Account' tab located on the Navigation tab (at the bottom) of the screen. Then tap 'Payment methods'. Input the card details and click 'Add card'. The payment card will appear saved. You can add as many payment methods as you like!

To remove a payment method:
Tap the 'Account' tab located on the Navigation tab (at the bottom) of the screen. Then tap 'Payment methods'. Click 'Delete card' > confirm 'Delete card'. Or, press 'Cancel' to abort.
North America and the UK:
Automated phone Line: Adding a payment card
There is no method of removing a credit card from your account. You can dial in and use a credit card that is already registered on your account, or add a new card for the payment you are making at that time.

👉 Respond to the promptsExisting users will be prompted to enter the location number, and parking time required. New users will be guided through a registration process. After confirming location and duration, the system will read back the last four digits of the last card used and give you the option to press 1 to confirm, or 2 to change. Press 2 change and then follow the option to add a new payment method. |

👉 Wait for your parking to be confirmedOnce you have heard confirmation that your parking has started you may leave your vehicle. Parking details will be sent to the handheld units the Parking Enforcement Officers patrol with.
