If you operate as part of a fleet and need to use more vehicles/registration plates, you may want to register for PayByPhone Business.
If you are already part of a PayByPhone Business fleet and also use a personal account, this vehicle/registration plate limit does not apply to your fleet account.

Using the app
The app will usually default to the last vehicle/registration plate selected.
If you add a new vehicle/registration plate, make sure you select it during the payment process before starting your parking session.
There are two areas where you can add, remove, or select a vehicle/registration plate:
Account Settings
Add a vehicle/registration plate in Vehicle Management
- Tap 'Account' in the navigation menu at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap 'Vehicle Management'.
- Tap 'Add Vehicle'.
- Enter your vehicle/registration plate details.
- Save the information.
Remove a vehicle/registration plate in Vehicle Management
- Tap 'Account' in the navigation menu at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap 'Vehicle Management'.
- Select the vehicle/registration plate you want to remove.
- Tap 'Delete'.
Payment Process Flow
Select a vehicle/registration plate during payment
You can also select your vehicle/registration plate while starting a parking session.
- Start the payment process as usual.
- Tap the 'Vehicle' plate field.
- Select the vehicle/registration plate you want to use.
- Review the vehicle/registration plate before confirming your parking session.
There is also a setting that asks you to confirm the plate each time. If you turn this option off, the app will automatically use the last vehicle/registration plate selected.

If you need to remove a vehicle/registration plate before adding a new one, please sign in through the PayByPhone website or use the iOS or Android app.

If you already have 5 vehicles/registration plates saved, you’ll need to remove one before you can add another.
Does the 5-vehicle/registration plate limit apply to PayByPhone Business?
No. If you are part of a PayByPhone Business fleet, the 5-vehicle/registration plate limit does not apply to your fleet account.
Can I change my vehicle/registration plate during payment?
Yes. During the payment process, tap the 'vehicle' field if you need to add a new plate or choose a different vehicle already saved to your account.
Select the vehicle/registration plate you want to use before confirming your parking session.
Note: You cannot update the vehicle plate once the session has started.
How do I remove a vehicle/registration plate?
In the app, tap 'Account', then 'Vehicle Management'. Select the vehicle/registration plate you want to remove, then tap 'Delete'.
Can I remove a vehicle/registration plate using the automated phone line?
