Your Privacy/Promotions & Parking Notifications are housed in two areas:
- Promotions & Privacy
- Parking Notifications
You can set your options during the onboarding phase, or later by clicking Account and then Parking Notifications.

Promotion & Privacy Customization through Account Settings
Apps:
All 'Product notifications & promotion' options including ‘New Features & service updates’, ‘Feedback & surveys’, “Promotion & discounts, ‘Promotions & discounts and 'Share your account data for personalized offers' are optional. Simply toggle the option on or off and then click 'Edit' to choose your preferred contact method: 'Both email & notifications', 'Email', or 'Notifications'.

2) SMS charges may be incurred in some cities and for some car park operators. These are mentioned when you purchase your parking. Click here for more details.
👉 Select 'Account' at the bottom of the navigation tab. Select 'Settings'> Select Promotions & Privacy' > Customize the options by toggling on and off the desired options. Note: you need to scroll down to reach the Third-Party sharing section.

Parking Notifications through Account Settings
Parking session communication
| 📧 Email Receipt | Receive confirmation of your parking purchase sent to your email address. |
| 💬 SMS Reminder * | Receive SMS (text message) reminders before the end of your parking session. |
| 💬 SMS Confirmation | Receive an SMS (text message) receipt to confirm your parking session purchase. |
