Paying for parking while you are abroad

Is your vehicle parked in another country while you are travelling?

You can use PayByPhone to start and manage eligible parking sessions remotely, even when you are abroad.

Change your country in the PayByPhone app

If you already use the PayByPhone app, you can manually select the country where your vehicle is parked.

1. Open the PayByPhone app and select Account.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Choose Country Settings
4. Turn off the automatic location setting so you can select a country manually.
5. Select the country where your vehicle is parked.
6. Enter the parking location and start your parking session as usual.

Can’t download the app or register for an account?

You may still be able to pay for parking using Guest Mode, without downloading the PayByPhone app or creating a registered account.

Use the PayByPhone web payment option and continue as a guest. Enter the parking location, vehicle details, parking duration, and payment information when prompted.

Guest Mode availability may vary by location.
