Check Your Parking Transaction
If you received a Parking Ticket or Parking Charge Notice (PCN), review your PayByPhone transaction to confirm the location, vehicle registration, and parking time match the notice.
To view your parking history, log in to your PayByPhone account.
Confirm Your Parking Session
If you do not see a transaction in your PayByPhone account, the parking session may not have been successfully processed.
Successful sessions show:
- PayByPhone app or website: “Your parking has been started.”
- Automated phone service (IVR): “Your transaction has been processed.”
Appeal a Parking Ticket or PCN
If you received a ticket in error despite having a valid PayByPhone parking session, you must appeal directly with the parking operator using the instructions on the notice.
Note: PayByPhone cannot submit PCN appeals. We can confirm payment status and investigate transaction issues, but disputes must be handled by the parking provider.
