Changing Pass information or Requesting a refund
There is no method of updating a license plate once it has been confirmed.
In some circumstances, a refund can be issued for the remainder of the month, and the calculation is based on the date that you contact our support team.
Please reach out to our virtual assistant so that we may review your transaction details and check on eligibility. The refund policies are set by the parking authorities rather than the PayByPhone Customer Service Team.
