✅ Automatic Enrollment for Eligible Plates
If you already receive the residential parking discount and your vehicle is registered within an MPA-eligible ZIP code, your licence plate will be automatically enrolled in the program.
✅ Selecting Your Residential Rate
When parking, you will see both the public and residential rate options. If your plate has been enabled, simply select the residential plate option. Once chosen, the system will default to this option whenever available for future transactions.
✅ Discount Tied to Licence Plates, Not Accounts
The discount is linked to your licence plate, not your PayByPhone account. If you add a new vehicle, you will need to enable the new plate before accessing the discounted rate.

You can view and apply residential rates through:
