- 2. Log out of your account and log back in
- 3. Clear App Data &/or Cache
- 4. Restart your device

- Dial into our IVR (phone number will be on location signage)
Create an intake ticket including as much detail as you can! We'd like to gather date/time of incident, phone number, app version, operating system, device type, and a description of what is happening.
