Welcome to PayByPhone Business! You can now use a single set of login credentials to park and pay for personal and business-approved vehicles with the PayByPhone app.
If your employer has authorized you to use a business payment method to pay for parking, you will be able to access it when parking business-approved vehicles.

New Users
If this is your first time using the PayByPhone app, it is easy to get started! Just follow the steps below:
Step 1: Download the App and Create an Account
2. Open the app and follow the prompts to allow notifications and enable location services. You will receive alerts when your parking time is almost up, as well as be able to view more precise data regarding parking locations.
3. Select Register.
4. Important: Enter the same phone number your Fleet Manager used or will use to create your Driver Profile.
5. Enter your email address and set a password.
6. Review the PayByPhone terms of use, then select Agree & Register. You are now signed in and will see our welcome page.
7. In order to use a business payment method, your Fleet Manager must activate your Driver Profile from the PayByPhone Business Dashboard.
Once you have been activated, you will see a message on the welcome page that says Business account linked!
Step 2: Add Vehicle License Plates
The next step is to add a business-approved vehicle license plate number so you can begin parking with the app.
Important: You will know you added a business-approved vehicle when you see the following icon next to the license plate number:
1. Select the account icon from the top-right corner of the welcome page.
2. Select Vehicle Management.
3. Select Add a new vehicle.
4. Enter the vehicle information and select Add Vehicle.
5. You will now see the newly added vehicle on the Vehicle Management page.
Step 3: Start Parking
Once your account has been activated and you have added your business-approved vehicles, you are ready to park with PayByPhone for the first time.
1. From the welcome page, select Search by location number.
2. Enter the location number and select Search.
3. Select a business-approved vehicle from the dropdown list.
4. Enter the length of time you wish to park. Your parking time can be remotely extended from within the app later.
5. You will be prompted to select a payment method. Business payment methods will be indicated with a skyline icon. For security purposes, you will only see the last 4 digits of the card number.
6. Select a business payment method, then select Pay & Park to complete the transaction.
Existing Users
If you have been using the PayByPhone app to park your personal vehicles, you can now use the same login credentials to park work vehicles too.
Once you are signed in to the app, follow these steps to park business-approved vehicles:
1. Ensure that your Fleet Manager has activated your Driver Profile. When your profile has been activated, you will see a message on the app’s welcome page that says Business account linked!
2. Add the license plate numbers for all business-approved vehicles you will be driving.

3. Park your business-approved vehicles the same way you normally park with the PBP app. Be sure to select a business-approved payment method.
