In the case of duplication, permits will often be refunded. The parking operator must be consulted for historical/expired parking requests and will only be granted for extenuating circumstances. Please note that parking permits are purchased in calendar days such as month or week; the system does not prorate the charge.

All reimbursement requests are subject to the discretion of the parking operator and the outcome will vary dependent on the request. In most cases, PayByPhone is unable to issue a refund on the operators behalf.
