Corporate accounts can be registered by going to https://www.verrus.com/CorporateAccounts/Login.aspx and clicking the SIGN UP button toward the bottom right of the screen.
The registration process requires just a few steps to complete:
Step 1 - Complete your Business Account Profile
Next to Services, ensure 'Parking' is the only option checked off
Enter in your business account details such as name and address followed by the name and email of the primary administrator.
Note: We highly recommend the primary administrator use a business landline telephone number instead of a mobile number within their profile.
Enter payment information to complete the business account profile.
Step 2 - Add Drivers to the Account
Click the Add new employee link
Enter the drivers name, email and mobile number and click 'Save'
Important Note - Drivers with an existing personal PayByPhone account can use the same phone number as the corporate account number. When they dial into the IVR, the system will read the call display and default to the last account that was used. The driver will have the option of confirming the payment on the existing account, or option to park on the alternate account.
Step 3 - Add Vehicles to the Account
Click the Add new vehicle link
Enter the License Plate and assign the vehicle a short code, click 'Save'.
About short codes:
Short codes must be between the numbers 10 - 99. Codes can be a maximum of 2 digits in length.
Short codes allow drivers on the account to park which ever vehicle they are driving by selecting that particular short code, instead of entering the full length license plate number.
