If you have parked under the wrong location, vehicle license plate, or parking space/stall, please start a new parking transaction with the correct details. If the error is not corrected, then the enforcement team may not be able to see your payment, leaving you vulnerable to a citation.
Support agents cannot change any parking transaction details once the parking session has been confirmed.
All refunds, for business and personal accounts, including duplicate parking transaction requests, are subject to the refund policies laid out by the Parking Operator and not PayByPhone.
PayByPhone has no authority to directly issue refunds on the Parking Operator’s behalf.
Customers who contact PayByPhone Support requesting a refund may be referred to the vendor/parking operator for assistance.
1. Make sure the location description matches where you are parked. When the lot/meter number is inputted into the app, the system will display the address.
2. Choose the right app/IVR. There are many companies offering the same type of service. You might see signs that say 'Pay to Park, 'Text to Park' or 'Park by Phone': these may be our competitors.
Our company's logo is 'PayByPhone' - all one word with nine green squares to the left of the name.
3. Choose your location, there maybe a few options that share the same location code.
