Please note as of September 1st, 2017 toll charges when crossing the Port Mann Bridge has discontinued.
PayByPhone customers may receive charges to their account during the first half of September for crossings which occurred in August.
Customers are not required to disable tolling on their PayByPhone account. All transactions sent to us from TReO via our backend integrations will be halted and requires no action on your part.
Tolling payments processed using PayByPhone is available only on the Port Mann bridge in British Columbia, Canada.
Enable Tolling on Your Account
Visit https://paybyphone.com/account and login to your account
Scroll to the Vehicle Details section
Click the 'Edit' link next to the vehicle you want to enable
Select Enabled from the Tolling dropdown menu then click the 'Update' link
Agree to the Terms and Conditions and you're all set.
Once you are opted in you will automatically be sent a text message payment confirmation when you cross.
Follow the same steps as set out above except select Disabled to cancel payments for tolling.
Click the 'Update' link to save changes.
Note: Simply deleting the license plate from your profile will not disable tolling. Please follow the above steps to ensure payment is not taken from your credit card the next time you cross the Port Mann bridge.
