We strongly suggest that a Parker instead enable in-app notifications on your Android or iOS device. These messages are less reliant on outside technologies and deliver the same parking expiry/extension notifications that an SMS reminder does.
To enable in-app notifications, look for the PayByPhone app in your devices Settings and enable push notifications.
Delayed delivery times or non-delivery can occur when your network is experiencing problems. If you are not receiving these reminders, first verify that the SMS Reminder setting is enabled.
