Setting Your Location

Choose Platform:

iOS        Android       Website

iOS Users:

Tap the Settings icon  located at the top right corner of the PayByPhone home screen. 

Select the Account Settings menu option then Location Services

By default, the app will detect your location automatically and will list it below the SET AUTOMATICALLY switch (toggle button).

To manually change your location, simply toggle off the SET AUTOMATICALLY switch.

Tap the country listed under the toggle to reveal the list of other available countries.

Select your new location and hit the back arrow to return to the Account Setting menu.

Android Users: 

Tap the menu icon located on the top left of the home screen (3 stacked horizontal lines)

Under My Account select Location Services

Tap the country listed under the toggle to reveal the list of other available countries.

Select your new location

Website Users: 

Parking using PayByPhone's mobile website isn't localized and therefore does not require that you set a specific location. The system will prompt you for the country when you load the link. 

Visit https://m.paybyphone.com/park-now to start your parking session.
