Your phone number is the primary identifier of your account and cannot be changed.
If you have a new phone number, you're required to create a new PayByPhone account. If your previous phone number is no longer in use, we advise that you delete the old account.
Phone number already exists:
If you try to register a new phone number and receive an error stating that 'An account with the phone number already exists'. You can contact our support team for assistance in resetting the phone number. If you need to make a payment immediately, you can transact in guest mode as it does not require a phone number to be inputted.
