In which format should I register my vehicle license plate?

👉What happens if I receive a parking fine because my vehicle license plate was incorrectly inputted?

Should you receive a parking fine due to an incorrect license plate entry, please contact our Customer Support team so we can guide your next steps. In some cases, you will need to contact your local parking authority and follow their dispute protocol.

💡TIP: The apps will always provide a transaction summary including your selected plate. Be sure to double-check your entry! 

 

👉 I have two versions of the same vehicle license plate on my account - one with a space, hyphen, or special character, and the other without. 

We are streamlining our database by removing duplicate license/registration plates. If you had two plates, and one contained special characters or spaces, it may have been removed already. Don't worry, this won't affect your parking validation. Patrollers will still be able to see that you have paid.

 

👉I normally use the IVR (dial-in service). How can I add special characters?

Our IVR system only accepts alpha-numeric characters via the dial pad - no special characters. For best results, please use our apps or the mobile web.

Please note that most regions do not allow special characters. Exceptions include:

USA: New Hampshire: '+' or' '-'

Europe: (Ö, Ü, Ä)

  • No department number needed
