The PayByPhone system prompts you to input an email address and password if you are transacting as a registered user.
If you transact in guest mode, you have the option of converting the entry into a registered account and at that time, you are required to input a password.
Registered users can update their password while logged into their accounts. Please read for more information:

Login to the app > Click 'Menu Settings' (Icon top right corner) > Select 'Account Settings' > 'Security Settings' > Input 'Current Password' and 'New Password', and then Confirm the 'New Password'.

Load the Android App > Login to the App > Click 'Menu Settings' > Select 'Account Settings' > Select 'Personal information' > Input your 'Current password', and the 'New password', and then Confirm the 'new password'.

Load the website & Sign in> Click the 'Menu' (on the top right corner). Click 'Account' > 'Security Settings' > input 'Current password, 'New password, and then 'Confirm the new Password'.
