The PayByPhone system allows you to store up to 5 vehicles on your account at any one time. Please note if you operate as part of a fleet and may use more vehicles, you might consider registering for PayByPhone Business.
If you are already a part of a PayByPhone Business fleet and also use your personal account, this vehicle limit does not apply to you.

Note: You can now store a maximum of 5 vehicles on your account. If you happen to exceed this limit at present, you'll need to remove plates until the total is below 5 in order to add a new one. For example, if you currently have 10 plates, you must remove 6 before adding another vehicle.
Add vehicle
Login > Click Settings (top right icon) > Select Vehicle Management > Select Add new vehicle > Input info > Select ADD VEHICLE.
Remove vehicle
Login > Select Settings (top right icon) > Select Vehicle Management > Select the vehicle that you would like to remove, Swipe left OR tap the vehicle and click DELETE on the following screen.

👉 Login > Click the menu (3 bars at the top right corner) > Click Account. From here you can either add or remove your vehicle.
Add vehicle
Login > Select My vehicles > Select Add vehicle > Input info > Fill in info, Click CONFIRM.
Remove vehicle
Open the menu (top right icon) > Select My vehicles > Click the three buttons next to the vehicle that you would like removed, then click DELETE.

👉 Respond to the promptsExisting users will be prompted to enter the location number, and parking time required. New users will be guided through a registration process. The system will read back the location, vehicle and payment card, and you can press 1 to confirm, or 2 to change. Press 2 to change and then follow the option to change vehicle and then select a new one from the list, or add a new license plate/registration. |

👉 Wait for your parking to be confirmedOnce you have heard confirmation that your parking has started, you may leave your vehicle. Your parking details will be sent to the parking operator's handheld enforcement device.
