The PayByPhone system allows you to store multiple vehicles on your account. You can add or remove these vehicles.
|Automated Phone Line
Login > Click Settings > Select Vehicle Management > Select Add New Vehicle > Input info > Click Add Vehicle.
Login > Click Settings > Select Vehicle Management > Swipe left, Click Delete OR tap the vehicle and click Delete on the following screen.
Open the menu > Select Vehicles > Click + > Input info > Click Add Vehicle.
Open the menu > Select Vehicles > Click on the 3 dots and, then Remove.
👉 Load the website & Sign in > Click the Menu (3 bars at the top right corner) > Click Account. From here you can either 'Add' or 'Remove' your vehicle.
Click My Vehicles > Add New vehicle > Input information> Click Confirm.
Click My Vehicles > View existing vehicles > Click the vehicle you would like to remove > Tap Delete.
Automated Phone Line
There is no method of removing a vehicle from your account. You can dial in and the system will default to the last plate that you parked. You can change to an alternate vehicle or add a new one.

Existing users will be prompted to enter the 4- or 5-digit location number, and parking time required. New users will be guided through a registration process.
The system will read back the location, vehicle and payment card, and you can press 1 to confirm, or 2 to change.
Press 2 change and then follow the option to add a change vehicle and then select from the list or add a new license plate/registration.
👉 Wait for your parking to be conﬁrmed
Once you have heard conﬁrmation that your parking has started you may leave your vehicle. Parking details will be sent to the handheld units the Parking Enforcement Officers patrol with.
